Feedback on Bully's Tavern. (Hospitality and Gastronomy) in Harrismith (Free State)
Description
So, I recently stumbled upon Bully’s Tavern in Harrismith, right at 8 Garvock St. Gotta say, it’s a peculiar spot. It’s labeled as a bar, but I have some serious doubts.
Honestly, the vibes are off. You walk in and the smell hits you—it’s a mix of stale beer and what I can only describe as “not-so-fresh” surprises, if you catch my drift. A couple of folks have mentioned this, and, yeah, it rings true.
They say there’s a great beer selection, but I’d argue that a clean atmosphere is just as important. It’s labeled as a casual place, perfect for groups, but I wonder if friends would actually enjoy their time here.
The crowd may be interesting, hanging out with drinks like spirits, wine, and, you know, beer. But with a score of 1.0 out of 5, I’d be cautious. There are no proper health practices, and smoking seems to be a regular at this joint.
You can pay with debit cards or NFC payments, which is somewhat of a plus, right? Plus, there’s free street parking, which is nice if you decide to brave it. Overall, I’m not sure if Bully’s Tavern is worth a visit. Would I recommend it? Maybe just for the beer—if you can hold your breath!
