So, I recently stumbled upon this cool little catering spot called Calico & Cream over on Observatory Ave in Johannesburg. It’s a cozy joint with a homey vibe, and I gotta say, the food? Absolutely amazing!
I mean, who doesn’t love a good melt-in-your-mouth fillet? I heard their hors d’oeuvres are quite the crowd-pleaser, too. People rave about their desserts like they’re straight out of a dream—seriously, “to die for” was the phrase someone used, and I get it!
Now, they’re open pretty much all week, but don’t expect a Sunday feast—those lovely folks take a break then.
Oh, and if you’re in a rush, they’ve got delivery and takeaway options, which is a total win. Just imagine having that gorgeous salmon and caviar delivered to your doorstep. Heavenly!
